Iga Bakar Nanas

500 gr iga sapi
2 sdm nanas parut
4 siung bawang merah, parut
2 siung bawang putih, parut
1 sdt ketumbar, sangrai, lalu tumbuk
4 sdm mentega, cairkan
2 sdm saus tomat
Garam secukupnya
Merica bubuk secukupnya
Cara Membuat:
1. Potong iga sapi menjadi beberapa bagian, lalu lumuri dengan nanas parut, diamkan selama 30 menit.
2. Saus : campur bawang merah, bawang putih, ketumbar, dan mentega cair. Beri saus tomat, garam, dan merica bubuk, aduk rata
3. Lumuri iga sapi dengan saus, lalu panggang sambil sesekali diolesi saus di atas bara hingga matang.
