Rib Eye Steak with Green Peppercorn Sauce

3 potong @ 150 g rib eye steak
2 sdm minyak olive
Herb Oil, aduk rata:
30 g thyme segar, cincang
30 g peterseli segar, cincang
30 g basil segar, cincang
4 sdm minyak olive
Green Peppercorn Sauce:
1 sdm minyak olive
10 g bawang merah, cincang
60 g green peppercorn, memarkan
125 ml dry white wine, jika suka
500 ml Demi Glace, siap pakai
125 ml fresh cream
Cara membuat:
* Lumuri rib eye steak dengan Herb Oil hingga rata. Diamkan selama 30 menit.
* Panaskan minyak olive dalam wajan dadar, masak tiap potong steak hingga matang kedua sisinya. Angkat.
* Green Peppercorn Sauce: Tumis bawang merah hingga layu dan bening.
* Tambahkan green peppercorn, aduk rata.
* Tuangi wine, masak hingga wine meresap dan agak kering.
* Tuangi demi glace, didihkan.
* Masukkan cream, didihkan kembali. Angkat, saring dan dinginkan.
* Sajikan setak dengan sausnya.
